1) Do I need to register an account at www.chubbyholloway.com.au to purchase the Selections?

Yes.  When registering an account with www.chubbyholloway.com.au you will choose a username and password.  This username and password is required to log into the chubbyholloway website to download Selections or to purchase a subscription.  The username and password you are given can be used for all future purchases.

2) There is no option to Purchase Selections?

The tips are only available on Saturdays and Public Holidays.  You can purchase a Daily subscription for $33 on these days only.  Alternatively you can purchase an Extended Subscription from the Subscribe link at any time.

3) I’m having trouble purchasing a Subscription, Can you provide step by step instructions?

Yes. Please follow this guide.

Step1.If you haven't already done so, Log into your account or Register a New account for Free.

Step 2. Click on the subscribe Link to access the subscription Page..

Step 3. Select your Desired subscription.  Daily $33 subscriptions are only available during Raceday's, on Saturday and Public Holiday's.  Click on the 'PAY NOW' Button to be taken to the Paypal Payment Page.

Step 4.  You will now see the Paypal Secure Payments Page.  If you have a paypal account, simply enter your Paypal Username and password to continue.  If you wish to pay by Credit Card, simply click  “Continue” on the left side under the heading “Don't have a PayPal account?”

Step 5. .  If Paying by Paypal simply click the “Pay Now” Button.  If paying by Credit Card, enter your billing details and Credit Card numbers on this page and click “Review Order and Continue”. You need to confirm by clicking the “Pay Now” Button.

Step 6. After making a successful payment, you can return to the Chubby Holloway Website where you can click on the 'Download Tips' and have full access to Chubby's Selections.

4) Do I need a Paypal Account to Purchase the Tips?

NO.. You can pay with a Visa or MasterCard.  Please note: You always need a chubbyholloway account to purchase tips. Which is a once only process.  The chubbyholloway account has nothing to do with a paypal account.  Creating a paypal account is completely optional.  When you arrive at the Paypal Secure Payments Page,  simply click  “Continue” on the left side under the heading “Don't have a PayPal account?”. You are then given the option to enter your credit card details.  However, If you wish to speed up the payment process for next time, it may be a good idea to create a Paypal account.  A tutorial on how to create a Paypal account is outside the scope of this FAQ.  Please visit www.paypal.com.au to learn more.

5) I created a chubbyholloway account but I can't Log in.

Please be sure you have activated your account by clicking on the activation link in the email.  You cannot Log in until your account is activated.  Also check you are entering the correct Password.  They are Case sensitive.  Sometimes A Zero can look like the Letter O and vice versa.  If you are unsure you can copy and paste the password from the email.  Make sure when you copy you don't copy an extra space at the beginning or end.

6) I don’t have an email address.

You can get a Free Google email address at www.gmail.com

7) I made a successful payment but am having trouble downloading the tips.  What should I do?

Please send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it briefly explaining that you are having trouble.  If you have made a successful Purchase, then there should be no problem accessing the download Page.  On the download Page, try clicking View Tips rather then download tips.  If you are taken to the subscription page, it means your subscription is not active.  At anytime you can check you current and expired subscriptions by clicking on 'My subscriptions' on the Menu.

7) How can I check when my Subscription Expires.

If you are logged in, you will see a link on the left labelled "My subscriptions".  Clicking that link will show you your current subsciption including start and end date, as well as all your past subscriptions.

8) I can't remember my Username or Password.

On the left in the Login Box you will see two options. One labelled "Forgot your password?" and the other "Forgot your Username?".  Click the appropriate link and follow the prompts.  You will be asked to enter your email address.  Your username will be emailed to you or a password reset link.
